We aim to provide access to information of all types and for education, recreation, and personal development to all Anderson County residents. We work to promote literacy in the community by helping community members develop the reading and computer skills they need to survive and thrive in society.

Linda "Lin" Baskin-McDowell

Branch Manager

"Lin" has been with the ACL system for 13 years after retiring from being a 35-year SC State employee.

Christy Franks

Staff Clerk

Christy has been with the ACL system for 8 years and has worked at the Westside branch since January 2020.
